These terms apply to astrologers, practitioners, and other professionals offering services through Taare.
1. Eligibility
Providers must be legally permitted to offer their services in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
Providers are responsible for maintaining any licenses, registrations, or certifications required by applicable law.
2. Professional Conduct
Providers agree to:

Treat customers respectfully

Communicate honestly

Provide services in good faith

Maintain reasonable availability

Avoid abusive or discriminatory conduct
3. Prohibited Conduct
Providers must not:

Guarantee outcomes

Claim supernatural certainty

Offer medical, legal, or financial advice unless appropriately qualified

Request payments outside the platform where prohibited

Misrepresent qualifications or experience

Harass or exploit customers
4. Content
Providers remain responsible for all content they publish, including profiles, reports, messages, and consultations.
5. Earnings
The Company may deduct applicable marketplace fees before distributing earnings.
Providers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings.
6. Suspension
The Company may suspend or remove providers for violations of platform policies, customer safety concerns, fraudulent conduct, or legal requirements.
