Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms apply to transactions conducted through Taare involving astrologers, practitioners, vendors, and customers.
1. Marketplace Role
Taare operates an online marketplace that enables users to discover, book, and purchase services and products from independent providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company is not the provider of consultations, spiritual guidance, or third-party products listed on the platform.
2. Independent Providers
Astrologers, practitioners, and vendors are independent service providers.
They are solely responsible for:

Compliance with applicable laws
3. Orders and Bookings
Orders and appointments are subject to confirmation.
Providers may decline or cancel bookings due to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.
Where applicable, customers will receive notice of cancellations.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
The Company may collect payments on behalf of marketplace providers and distribute earnings according to applicable agreements.
5. Disputes
Customers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly through the platform.
The Company may assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to determine fault or provide compensation unless required by law.
6. Marketplace Removal
The Company may remove listings, suspend providers, or restrict marketplace access where necessary to protect customers, comply with legal obligations, or maintain platform integrity.
7. Marketplace Changes
Available services, providers, pricing, and marketplace features may change without notice.
